Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused condition.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
