Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Custom or oversized furniture pieces may require 2-3 weeks for specialized white-glove delivery.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, So At Nature ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach our international community soon.

How should I care for my natural wood items?

To maintain the beauty of your wood pieces, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. We recommend applying a food-safe mineral oil every 6 months.
